Terms of Use

Last updated: October 2026

This is the Shadowrocket Official Site & Guide, providing the Shadowrocket guide and information about getting the app on the App Store. These terms apply to visiting this site, reading its documentation, and following its instructions. Please read them before using the content. If you do not agree, stop using it.

1. Scope and App Store Purchases

This site explains how to verify the genuine app, import configurations, set up rules and routing, and adjust common settings. It does not guarantee results in any particular network environment. Shadowrocket is a paid commercial app available only on Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it. Check the App Store listing for pricing, system requirements, and compatibility.

A one-time app purchase is not a subscription to network services. Buying the app is separate from any subscription or server details a user already has. This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes or subscription services. Purchases, payments, refunds, and restoring purchases are handled under the applicable App Store rules; this site’s documentation does not replace the App Store’s transaction terms.

2. Lawful Use and User Responsibilities

Users must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where they are located and to their activities, as well as the rules governing any network, device, or service they use. Do not use Shadowrocket or this site’s content for unlawful activity, to violate others’ rights, access systems without permission, disrupt network operations, or collect data improperly.

Before importing a configuration, users should confirm they are authorized to use the relevant servers, subscription links, and rules, and independently verify their sources, permissions, and scope. Keep subscription links, passwords, and connection records secure; do not submit sensitive information to public pages. Before changing settings such as Config, DNS, or On Demand, back up the current configuration and make sure you know how to restore connectivity.

3. Content Scope and Limitation of Liability

The app is sold on the App Store, and its interface, features, and compatibility may change with app updates or device conditions. This site provides documentation for guidance; examples explain settings and rules but may not apply to every device, network, or existing configuration. If the documentation differs from the interface, check the in-app prompts and App Store listing first.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, this site is not liable for network or service availability, connection interruptions, configuration errors, data loss, or resulting indirect losses. Users are responsible for assessing the impact of configuration changes and keeping necessary backups. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded or limit consumers’ statutory rights.

4. Intellectual Property and Use of Content

The Shadowrocket trademark, app, and related intellectual property belong to its developer, Shadow Launch Technology Limited, or the respective rights holders. The official icon, app interface materials, and product name shown on this site are used to identify the product and explain its operation. Public display does not transfer any related rights to visitors.

Users may consult this site’s documentation for personal learning and as a reference. When quoting it, credit the source and retain necessary context. Do not misrepresent its meaning, fabricate official statements, or present the documentation as a sales promise for a service. Reproduction, republication, or commercial use beyond what applicable law permits requires prior permission from the relevant rights holder.

5. Changes to These Terms and Further Information

These terms may be revised to reflect legal requirements or changes to site features or documentation. Revisions will be posted on this page, and the month shown at the top will be updated. They apply to use of the site from the time they are published. Where separate notice is legally required, it will be provided as applicable. Please review the current terms before continuing to use the site.
