Disclaimer

This is the Shadowrocket official site and guide. This disclaimer explains the scope of the tutorials, app purchase information, and external links.

1. Scope of this site

This site provides guidance for verifying the genuine Shadowrocket app, tutorials, explanations of settings, and troubleshooting information to help users understand the app and follow instructions. Shadowrocket is a closed-source commercial app distributed exclusively for Apple platforms, primarily for iPhone and iPad. The App Store is the only place to get it.

This site does not provide, sell, or recommend nodes, subscriptions, or related connection services. Instructions on importing, connecting, and diagnosing assume that users already have their own subscription or server details. Configuration examples in this guide explain fields and rules; they are not ready-to-use connection resources and do not imply an evaluation of any service.

2. Accuracy and interface changes

Tutorials reflect the app interface and information that could be verified when they were written. App updates, system settings, and device differences may change where options appear, field names, or permission prompts. Interface terms such as Home, Config, and Settings are kept in English to help you identify them. Follow the current interface when performing actions; do not rely on screenshot positions alone to determine what a setting does.

We make every effort to keep the information accurate, but cannot guarantee that all content applies in full to every device or network environment. Troubleshooting suggestions do not guarantee a successful connection, performance, or continued availability. If instructions differ from the current interface, pause any uncertain action and verify what the setting does. Before changing important configurations, save a recoverable copy.

3. Purchases, pricing, and App Store information

App purchases, current prices, payment, refunds, and purchase eligibility are governed by the App Store listing and the terms shown during checkout. System requirements, device compatibility, and whether the app is a universal purchase are also as stated on the App Store page. Information on this site does not replace the store’s current details or constitute a commitment to sell.

To verify the genuine app, check the official icon, developer Shadow Launch Technology Limited, and app ID 932747118. For details, see the App availability guide. A one-time app purchase is not a service plan: the app and any connection service a user already has are managed separately. Buying the app does not include a server or subscription.

4. Configuration use and user responsibility

Users are responsible for confirming that they have the right to use any imported subscriptions, server details, and configuration files, and for complying with applicable laws, network usage rules, and service terms. Configuration sources, server status, access permissions, and local network conditions can all affect results; connection issues cannot always be attributed to the app or a particular setting.

Subscription URLs, authentication fields, and logs may contain sensitive information. Keep them secure, and remove credentials and personally identifiable information before sharing troubleshooting materials. Before changing DNS, On Demand, or Global Routing, understand how the settings affect request handling and connection behavior. Problems caused by configuration errors, exposed credentials, or service interruptions should be addressed according to their actual cause. Nothing in this disclaimer excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
